We’ve launched a municipal application that is additional source of information for residents. The idea behind this application is to be able to report security and ecological problems through an additional channel. Until now, they could be reported in person, by letter, by phone or possibly by email. The application should make this easier and has a very strong connection to safety, ecology and environmental protection.
The most important information:
- the application is dedicated to Trzebownisko Municipality
- the possibility to obtain a response to the application will be possible during the working hours of the Municipality Office
- cases that require an immediate response, for example from the police, fire department, ambulance service, gas ambulance service can not be sent using the application
- the application requires registration.
There are nine subjects so that cases will be assigned to the proper employee of the Municipality or Water and Sewage Management Company of the Trzebownisko Commune:
- failure of water supply, sewage infrastructure
- vandalism and damage in public places
- uszkodzone drzewa, znalezione lub potrącone zwierzęta
- illegal dumps, burning of garbage
- road maintenance (condition of roads, roadsides, lighting)
- natural disasters (risk of fire, flood, construction disaster)
- safety (dangerous sections on the road, unauthorized parking)
- traffic disruptions (repair, reconstruction, blockade, change of organization)
- other urgent cases
