Trzebownisko Municipality has signed a contract with a contractor for the installation of a photovoltaic system with energy storage at the School and Preschool Complex in Stobierna. The project is being implemented with financial support from the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Rzeszów.
The project will include a photovoltaic system with a capacity of over 49 kWp and an energy storage system with a capacity of approximately 20 kWh. The investment will increase the use of renewable energy, improve the building’s energy efficiency and reduce the amount of electricity drawn from the grid.
The project will also help reduce carbon dioxide emissions and other pollutants, improve the school’s energy security and lower its operating costs. This is another step taken by Trzebownisko Municipality towards sustainable development and a further example of its commitment to environmental protection and improving air quality.
