Trzebownisko Municipality is continuing to improve safety and comfort on local roads. On 20 August 2026, an agreement was signed for the construction of new street lighting in Zaczernie, Jasionka and Laka.
The investment, worth PLN 547,350, will bring new lighting to sections of municipal roads in all three villages. The project is expected to make a real difference for residents, improving visibility after dark and creating safer conditions for pedestrians, cyclists and drivers.
The work will be carried out by Uslugi Elektromonterskie EL-SEK Patryk Sekulski, a company based in Rudnik nad Sanem. The contractor has five months to complete the project.
The new lighting is another step in the Municipality’s ongoing efforts to improve local infrastructure. Better-lit roads will not only make everyday travel more comfortable, but above all help residents feel safer when walking, cycling or driving after dark.
