Protection of personal data

Personal data protection is one of the key tasks carried out by The Municipality of Trzebownisko located at Trzebownisko 976, 36-001 Trzebownisko (hereinafter: The Municipality). The administrator of your personal data processed is The Trzebownisko Municipality, whose duties as administrator are performed by the Head of Trzebownisko Municipality, and thus The Municipality (as an auxiliary unit) is responsible for processing data in a secure manner in according to applicable laws.

For what purpose does The Municipality process my personal data?
Your personal data are processed by the Trzebownisko Municipality for the following purposes:
- to respond to a message sent via a contact form, that is, to take action at the request of the data subject (the basis on Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a) in the performance of The Municipality’s own tasks:
- spatial order, real estate management, environmental and nature protection, and water management;
- municipal roads, streets, bridges, squares and traffic organization;
- waterworks and water supply, sewage, removal and treatment of municipal sewage, maintenance of cleanliness and order and sanitary facilities, landfills and disposal of municipal waste, supply of electricity, heat and gasz;
- telecommunications activities;
- local public transport;
- health care;
- social assistance, including care centers and facilities;
- supporting the family and the foster care system;
- municipal housing construction services;
- public education;
- culture, including municipal libraries and other cultural institutions as well as the protection and care of monuments;
- sport culture and tourism, including recreational areas and sports facilities;
- markets place and market halls;
- municipal greenery and trees;
- municipal cemeteries;
- public order and safety of citizens and fire and flood protection, including equipping and maintaining the municipal flood warehouse;
- maintenance of municipal facilities and public utility facilities as well as administrative facilities;
- family-friendly policies, including providing pregnant women with social, medical and legal care;
- supporting and popularizing the idea of self-government, including creating conditions for the operation and development of auxiliary units and implementing programs to stimulate civic activity;
- promotion of the commune;
- cooperation and activities for non-governmental organizations and entities listed in art. 3 ust. 3 act froma 24th of April 2003 on public benefit activities and volunteering;
- cooperation with local and regional communities of other countries;
- conducting matters in the field of delegated tasks, i.e.:

Who is the recipient of my data?
The Municipality does not intend to make your personal data available to entities other than those to which The Municipality has entrusted the processing of personal data on the basis of personal data processing agreements (so-called processors).
Will my personal data be transferred to a third country or an international organisation?
We currently do not plan to transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
For how long your personal data will be hold by The Municipality?
Your data obtained on the basis of your consent will be processed until we receive information about the withdrawal of your consent for further processing.
Personal data will be hold for the period of time necessary to process your requests and applications and possibly after their completion in order to fulfill a legal obligation (expressed in the provisions of act from 14th of uly 1983 on the national archival resources and archives and implementing acts to this act) incumbent on the Office, and will then be removed or transferred to the state archive.

In connection with the processing of personal data by The Municipality, you have the right to:

- rectify data (art. 16. RODO);
- delete data (art. 17 RODO);
- limit data processing (art. 18 RODO);
- data transfer (art. 20 RODO);
- object to data processing (art. 21 RODO);
- the right not to be subject to decisions made under automated data processing, including profiling (art. 22 RODO).
You also have the right to withdraw consent (in the case of processing based on consent). Consent is voluntary, so you can withdraw it at any time and this will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on it before the withdrawal.
Who can I complain to?
If you believe that the processing of your data by The Municipality violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Is providing personal data voluntary or obligatory?
Providing personal data specified in the contact form as required is voluntary. Failure to provide this personal data will result in the inability to send an answer to the question asked in the contact form.
